Ahhh, he proposed!!! You’ve been waiting to get engaged for so long… This is one of the most exciting days of your life, and you just can’t wait to share your happiness with everyone that you know!!
But trust us, as soon as the news is out there on the internet, you’ll have so many notifications coming your way, you won’t even get a second to enjoy the moment together!
So before you choose a date or post your ring selfie all over Facebook and Instagram, you might want to do these six things first!
One of the things I often hear from my couples is that they wish they could be more photogenic. They’ll say things like:
“We’re just super awkward in front of the camera.”
“It’s hard to get me to really smile.”
“You’re going to tell us what to do, right? We need all the help we can get!”
Trust me, I get it. I’m the worst when I have to take photos! I get all nervous and freeze up, and I start making funny faces just to try to make myself laugh so I’ll feel more comfortable. And even though it’s easier when my wife Micaela is in it with me, it still takes me a while to get used to being on camera.
