The first wedding we ever shot together as a husband and wife photography team was Julie and Chris’s Robbins Lodge wedding in Davie, Florida!

This was the wedding that we realized how well we worked together. We effortlessly divided up tasks to capture the day efficiently from two different angles!

We loved this venue so much that when we got engaged, we decided to have our own Robbins Lodge wedding! It’s such a special location to us now, and it all started right here, with Julie and Chris <3

Julie and Chris’s daughters were a big part of the wedding day as adorable flower girls!

Julie and Chris opted to do a first look before the ceremony! If you’re having a Robbins Lodge wedding, there is a perfect path for a first look right near the lodge house. We actually did our own first look right next to this spot!

Julie’s stunning dress is from one of our favorite bridal shops, La Vie en Blanc! Micaela is obsessed with tulle A-line dresses like this one!

We’ll always love how the sun peeks through the dreamy fairytale trees of Robbins Lodge!

For their ceremony, they chose to drape chiffon and greenery over a showstopping tree at the end of the aisle!

The golden chairs and table decor at their reception were so luxe! We loved that everything from the florals to the DJ lights matched the lavender and pink color scheme. Gather and Bloom Events did a wonderful job coordinating everything!
